We only work with consultants and trades that are experts in their field and offer the highest quality of build and service.

We limit the number of projects we take on, to ensure we never have to compromise on client service or the standard of our finished product.

Away from the site, our office staff oversee the contractural and financial aspects of your project. Our systems and procedures are designed and continually updated with the client front of mind: we’ll keep you across potential delays in construction and unforeseen expenses that may impact budget, to ensure you stay in control and can make informed decisions throughout the build.

Our Process

SIX STEPS TO THE PERFECT HOME

Design
If you do not have any architectural plans we can arrange a site appraisal and a meeting to discuss your proposed development.
Planning
We will work with Council and our preferred Planning Consultants in order to expedite the permit approval and town planning processes, where these services are required.
Costing
We will prepare a detailed cost breakdown of your project from your final working drawings and specifications.
Contracts
Once you are happy to move forward we will prepare a building contract based on the agreed plans, specifications and costing.
Construction
Construction will commence and your property will be built to exacting standards and to the highest quality in line with your plans and specifications.
HANDOVER
Your project will be completed and handed over with a minimum of fuss and on time. We’ll stay in touch after the build is complete.
